On Friday evening, April 15th, Timothy Group and Pinnacle Properties hosted a fun and festive sunset reception to celebrate the tremendous sales success of Signature by Pinnacle. With over 60% of the condominiums now sold at Signature, Pinnacle Properties now makes final preparations for the groundbreaking in June.

The celebration, attended by Pinnacle Staff, current and prospective buyers, friends in the community, and Timothy Group agents and staff, was held in the current Pinnacle offices on Pulpito street which will be demolished soon to make way for the 40 new condominiums of Signature by Pinnacle. The site sits just two blocks from the beach with amazing views of the bay and town and only steps from Olas Altas in the heart of the Romantic Zone.

It's starting!

Soil analysis was performed last week at Signature's job site and while we are anxiously awaiting the official written results, we have been advised that it is "Compact Gravel", which is great news for the Signature project. More news soon to come!
